    S loved our Oval Signet but wanted it in a different stone and shape, and that's kind of the whole point of what we do. We never want our designs to be the ceiling. She came to us wanting a moval, a shape between marquise and oval we'd actually been wanting to try ourselves (harder to get right than it looks). We drew it up in CAD so she could see it before we made a single cut, and a few weeks later, it was on her hand.

01. How much does a custom piece cost?

It depends on the design, materials, and stones. We'll send you a clear quote before anything moves forward — no obligation, no hidden fees.

02. When do I pay?

After you receive and approve your quote. We send a simple payment link — you pay, and that's when we start.

03. What if I don't like the CAD design?

We'll revise it until you're happy. We won't start production until you've approved the final design.

04. Can I return a custom piece?

Yes — we offer 15-day free returns, even on custom orders. Most jewelers don't do this. We do because we stand behind every piece we make.

05. How long does the process take?

2–3 weeks from design approval to delivery. We share progress photos along the way so you're never left wondering.

06. What if I only have a rough idea or a screenshot?

That's how most custom orders start. A photo, a Pinterest pin, a sketch on your phone — anything that captures what you're imagining. We'll take it from there.

07. What materials do you use?

Solid 14K gold, 18K gold, or platinum — never plated, never hollow. All diamonds are VS+ clarity, D–F colorless, lab-grown and IGI certified.

08. Is there a minimum order amount?

No minimum. Whether it's a small tweak to an existing piece or a fully custom design, we'll give you an honest quote.
